Long time no see?

Hello to anyone who might read this! It’s Lea! I have no idea if all of the blogs I used to follow have disappeared or not, but for anyone who might come across this post, it really had been a while!

I only just spent about two years or so figuring out life and my priorities, and somehow I’ve managed to come back across anime and manga, and I’ve (regrettably) managed to fall in love with it again. The biggest thing has been my kpop phase (I somehow managed to make it to SMTown LA kga;lkfgsk;g), but little by little I’ve started to rediscover anime, and the very reason why I loved it in the first place.

I have no idea if I should even continue blogging here because it appears that everyone has disappeared off the face of the earth, but I definitely have a reason to be driven to blog again, mainly because of how quickly I’ve fallen in love with some of the current series that are airing No.6, I’m looking at you. I don’t know if I’ll post here again, it all depends on if anyone is left around this side of the blogosphere! If not, I’m really sorry for the huge absence, and I will never forget the times I had here on Kokidokom. I’m not going to lie, I really miss it! Anyway I have a huge intro post on the tumblr, so if anyone (if anyone is here, that is) in interested in what happen to me, go ahead and read! Tyfyt!

Fall is two weeks away for me but who cares? This post is coming out now because I want to blog again, and because I should blog again.

Fall is going to be good… I hope. I’m ignoring the fact that high school is coming around the corner and am enjoying what’s left of Summer. Which, by the way, isn’t much. =^=

Because there are some major changes going under way concerning Hanyan~

Also because I haven’t updated for a while.

And because I actually have some spare time right now. C:

When I say changes, I’m pretty much talking about a show (or maybe two) being completely dropped, my Weekly Anime being switched around and replaced, dropping my weekly features, and just… more update-ish stuff that is needed at this point. It’ll be a busy Summer, and not just because of blogging… but I think I will be able to handle it if I really stop procrastinating and just… go from there.

Summer is finally starting!

Starting off the Summer season with a “bang” is Umi Monogatari ~Anata ga Ite Kureta Koto~. (and I can’t believe I already memorized that title =3=)

I was really surprised with this first episode, because it wasn’t at all what I expected~ In a good way. Because I ended up liking it, and since two shows in my weekly anime are moving out due to them ending, looks like another one might be moving in? We’ll see~

Anyway. I think the beautiful animation and art made me like it a lot more than I would have. And the background music is just… so pretty. It’s not like normal fast paced magical girl shows, but it’s somewhat relieving in the way that it’s relaxing, and just… refreshing. But onto my impressions so far.

They’re not mermaids, they’re ocean people…?
